8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OREDFORGE FENCING & IOT SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, IF APPLICABLE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OredForge Fencing & IoT Solutions and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.
